What to do with all that panettone???

I cut it into little cubes, dip the the cubes in hot melted dark chocolate and then roll them in grated coconut!

You can also hollow it out and put in your favourite ice-cream (an altenative to the brioche filled with ice cream)!

Other than pass them on, does anyone have more nice recipes???
